99ox Terms & Conditions

1.1 Eligibility to Use the Service

99ox services are open only to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old. Anyone below this age is not permitted to use our platform.
• You must be a resident of an area where online gaming activities are not legally prohibited.
• You may hold only one account in your name. Opening multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during account registration must be true, complete, and up to date.

1.2 Account Registration & Verification

You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and other details when registering an account. 99ox may request the necessary documents to verify your identity at any time. If you open an account with false information or later alter your details, that account may be closed at any time and any funds held may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Keep your password confidential and do not allow any third party access to your account.

1.3 Right to Suspend or Close an Account

99ox reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Any clause of these Terms is violated.
• Fraud, manipulation, or dishonest conduct is suspected.
• There are concerns of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Evidence of bonus or promotion abuse is found.
• Harassing behavior toward other users occurs.

2.1 Deposits

You can deposit funds into 99ox via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

• Use the correct payment details when making a deposit. 99ox will not be responsible for any delays caused by incorrect information.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — meaning deposits must come from your own registered mobile number.
• If you experience any issue with a transaction, contact the support team immediately.

2.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Funds are typically delivered to your mobile wallet within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made to your registered payment account.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 3 for details).
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• 99ox reserves the right to hold a withdrawal and investigate if fraud is suspected.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

99ox offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example:

• You deposit ৳1,000 → bonus ৳1,000 → total balance ৳2,000.
• You deposit ৳12,000 → bonus ৳5,000 (maximum limit) → total balance ৳17,000.

This bonus applies only once per new account.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, wagering requirements must be met. You must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Note that wagering applies to the bonus only, not to the deposit.

Additional conditions:

• There is a specific time limit to complete wagering — this will be communicated after the bonus is issued.
• Some games may not count toward wagering calculations — the support team can provide details.
• Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.

3.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

The following behaviors are considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or device.
• Placing risk-free bets (arbitrage betting) for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Attempting to meet wagering requirements through any form of manipulation.

3.4 VIP Program

99ox's VIP program has four tiers. By playing regularly, you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy greater benefits:
