Responsible Gaming Commitment 21+
99ox believes gaming is most enjoyable when it stays within control. Your safety is our top priority.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming can be a great form of entertainment — from cricket betting to slots, every game offers a different experience. But like any form of entertainment, enjoying it means staying within limits. 99ox always wants you to experience gaming as a fun leisure activity — never as a source of stress or anxiety.
Responsible gaming is not just about setting time or money limits. It means staying aware of your feelings, taking breaks when needed, and maintaining healthy relationships with family and friends. At 99ox, we help you build that awareness and use the tools available to you.
Remember: gaming should never be thought of as a source of income. Playing repeatedly in the hope of recovering lost money is a dangerous mindset. The outcome of every game is independent and does not depend on previous results. 99ox is always here to keep your account safe and your gaming experience enjoyable.
Our Protection Tools
Set Deposit Limits
Set a limit on how much money you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a waiting period, which protects you from making large deposits on impulse.
Session Time-Out
Playing for long stretches at a time can cause fatigue and poor decisions. Using the session time-out feature at 99ox, you can be automatically logged out after a set period and take a break.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is getting out of control, choose self-exclusion. This feature closes your account for a set period or permanently. No promotional communications are sent while an exclusion is active.
24/7 Support
Contact us any time, day or night, via live chat or email. The 99ox support team is always ready to help you in Bengali and English.
Review Gaming History
Review your deposit, withdrawal, and betting history at any time. Understanding your own spending patterns is an important step in responsible gaming. 99ox ensures full transparency of your transactions.
Age Verification
99ox strictly enforces a 21+ age limit. Age is confirmed during account verification. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited and our policy on this applies without exception.
Warning Signs of Problem Gaming
If any of the signs below appear in you or a family member, it is time to seek support. This is not a sign of weakness — it is a sign of awareness.
- Feeling the urge to keep playing in order to recover lost money
- Feeling restless or irritable when trying to stop playing
- Hiding gaming habits from family or friends
- Spending money meant for bills or daily expenses on gaming
- Gaming having a negative impact on work, studies, or relationships
- Telling yourself "this is the last time" but returning again and again
- Relying on gaming to relieve stress or loneliness
Golden Rules for Healthy Gaming
Set Your Budget First
Decide how much you will spend before you start playing. When you reach that limit, end the session — whether you are winning or losing.
Stick to a Time Limit
Decide how long you will play before each session. Use an alarm or timer — the sense of time in front of a screen can easily blur.
Do Not "Chase" Lost Money
Playing beyond your budget to try to recover losses is a common trap. Every session is independent — previous results do not affect the next one.
Play for Fun, Not for Income
Think of gaming as entertainment — like a cinema ticket. You are spending that money on enjoyment, not expecting a return.
Take Regular Breaks
Mental alertness fades during long sessions. Take at least one short break every hour. Fresh air or a short walk helps a lot.
99ox's Detailed Protection Measures
Deposit Limits
At 99ox you can set deposit limits from your account settings. These limits can be set on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. The minimum deposit amount at 99ox is ৳300 — keep this in mind when setting your limit. Once a limit is reduced, it takes effect immediately; if a limit is increased, it will only take effect after a specified waiting period. This policy protects you from making big decisions in emotional moments.
Session Time-Out
Playing for a long time without a break causes mental fatigue and reduces the ability to make decisions. The session time-out feature at 99ox automatically logs you out after a set period. You can set a time limit at the start of each session if you choose. It is a simple but effective way to play consciously.
Reality Check
During long sessions, 99ox can automatically remind you how long you have been playing and what your total result for the session is. These brief messages keep you aware and give you the opportunity to stop if needed.
Cooling-Off Period
If you feel you need a break but do not want to close your account entirely, choose a cooling-off period. This can range from 24 hours to several weeks. During this time you cannot log in, but the account is not permanently closed.
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is the most powerful protection tool. It deactivates your account for 6 months to 5 years, or permanently. During this time:
- You will not be able to log in to or deposit at 99ox.
- No promotional emails or messages will be sent.
- Any attempt to create a new account while the exclusion is active will be blocked.
- To end self-exclusion you must contact the support team and complete a waiting period.

Protection of Minors
99ox is for people aged 21 and over only. Age is verified at the time of account registration and additional identity confirmation may be requested in any case where there is doubt. If you have children or teenagers in your household, use parental control software on your device and keep your account details secure.
